Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be accountable for the people agenda within a specific Business Unit and the driving force behind creation and implementation of people strategy. You will be also regarded by the Business Unit as the expert in the field of People Performance & HR and represent the complete HR Service / Value Chain for the specific Business unit.

?Main responsibilities:

?

Support the creation of the People Plan and drive the execution of associated projects within the Business Unit:

  • Drive the flawless execution Headquarter HR Initiatives.
  • Coordinate workforce planning for the Organisation.
  • Ensure the culture & working environment is productive, open, empowering, fair and equitable. Embedding and supporting Performance and Talent Management. Ensure the Performance Management system is effectively used and drives the achievement of company goals.
  • Manage local talent management processes to ensure key talent is attracted, identified, developed, rewarded, and retained.
  • Provide tools and support to drive sustained performance improvement throughout the business unit.
  • Pro-actively challenge the established organisational structure to drive superior performance. Manage organizational transitions using best-practice change management methodologies and always in line with our company Leadership Principles. Work with Leaders to define team and organizational development needs, design and facilitate delivery of solutions, e.g. team development events.
  • Shape the culture that aligns to our goals & initiatives through supporting & coaching Line managers in the implementation of core people processes - eg, Performance Management, Salary review, Development Planning.
  • Provide coaching to Line Managers to be great people managers and leaders.

Provide Line managers and employees complete and responsive HR support:

  • Act as account manager for complete HR service and ensure quality of provision from the HR initiatives.
  • Measure and monitor levels of engagement through employee surveys and other initiatives. Establish and Maintain effective "win ? win" working relationships with employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation.

Education and experience required:

  • University Degree or equivalent in Human Resources
  • 5-8 years Human Resources experience in a similar role within a fast pace company, experience in retail environment is an asset
  • Proven experience in Talent Management, Learning and Development, Employees relations, and Compensation and Benefits
  • Project management experience and previous change management experience are a must
  • Performance management / people development / coaching experience
  • High flexibility to travel around Switzerland
  • Fluent in German, Swiss German and English.
