(intentionally walk .. not just thinking back over your day and adding up the time you walked into the grocery store or walked to the mailbox ? set aside time to just walk, wherever you want and at whatever pace your comfortable with) It doesn?t seem like much but at the end of the week you?ve got anywhere from an hour or two put in walking! IF YOUR hunger is out of control, if you?re binging, craving .. it?s because of something you ate earlier that?s spiked and then dropped your insulin levels ? usually something with a lot of sugar or carbs (which turns into sugar). Figure out what you ate, stop eating that!
To stop food cravings and binging: Make your snacks foods that are low in sugar, low in carbs, high in fiber, high in protein. By keeping your insulin levels steady (eating and snacking on a regular basis on the right foods) you will improve your metabolism, your weight, your mood and your energy levels.
